As Founder and CEO, I developed Virtualboard as a unique peer learning organization for CEO's interested in building a plan to transition to the next phase of life after their CEO role. The process for preparing for, and negotiating a transition then dealing with post career issues can take between 3 and 5 years. Virtualboard provides a forum for CEOs and advisers to begin working on the transition together as a team in an agenda free environment.
